Patient feedback

I am constantly striving to improve the level of care offered to patients. In order to revalidate the GMC requires a doctor to obtain feedback from a minimum of 20 patients once every 5 years. I currently see about 3000 patients per year and so this level of feedback would only represent about 0.1% of my practice. I am genuinely interested in the experience of my patients and value their feedback and so I would encourage you to give feedback and comment. The feedback process should be continuous and this encourages attention to details and a constant patient focus.

You can leave feedback in 2 ways:

1. The Friends and Family Test:
The NHS has recently introduced the Friends and Family test which is based on a simple question shown below. If you are a patient under my care please feel free to give your feedback on the form below. The survey is anonymous but I would ask respectfully that you only complete the survey if you have been under my care. I will publish the results of my Friends and Family feedback as they accumulate.
2. The independently run iwantgreatcare.com website
